Does InvoiceFlow save my invoice?
V1 is designed as a temporary browser-based tool. It does not provide cloud invoice history or a customer database.
How do I save the invoice as a PDF?
Choose Print / Save PDF in the generator. Your browser's print dialog can then save the rendered invoice as a PDF.
Can I add my business logo?
Yes. The generator supports a local logo preview. The image is used for the document you are preparing rather than being stored as an InvoiceFlow account asset in V1.
Can I add a UPI ID and QR code?
Yes. Payment details can include a UPI ID, display name and QR image so your customer can see how to pay.
Does the generator calculate GST?
It can calculate a tax percentage in the invoice preview. Tax treatment depends on your transaction and registration status, so verify the applicable GST rules before sending an invoice.
Can I use CGST, SGST and IGST?
The site provides tax-related fields and guides to help you structure the document. The correct tax treatment depends on the nature and location of the supply and your GST status.
Can I use it on my phone?
Yes. The interface is designed mobile-first, while the invoice preview is laid out to remain readable on smaller screens.
Does InvoiceFlow provide accounting or legal advice?
